News from Bethlehem Lutheran Preschool Dec 2011

Exciting things are afoot at the preschool.  During November we celebrated Veterans Day, Good Nutrition Month and Thanksgiving with a family feast.  We had over  a hundred in attendance, the food was plentiful and delicious, and the fellowship was warm and joyful.  School pictures were taken with the help of our wonderful volunteers Gloria Gregg and Fae Williams.  Watching how the children interact with each other, their teachers and parents during these festivities brings joy and sends love.  This is a time of year when we all should take a few moments of our time to think about how much we have to be thankful for and praise God for all his blessing.  Take time to celebrate being a family.  Get together and talk with your child about what makes your family special.  Tell your children stories about your family and help them discover what a great family they have to help them grow and learn.
