Preschool: Our Ministry

The philosophy that guides our ministry is simple. 

• We believe that a Christian home is the most important factor in a child’s development.  
• We complement the Christian family in order to promote the child’s healthy development. 
• We believe children deserve a nurturing, safe, happy, Christian environment which promotes their natural curiosity, play and desire to learn. 
• We believe that teaching and living Christ’s love, trust, respect and forgiveness makes children capable of loving, trusting, respecting, and forgiving others. By teaching and modeling Christian ideals, we want to help children grow physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually.
• We hire Christian teachers who are capable and caring, and whose Christian values and lifestyle enable them to fulfill this Christian vocation.

Our Curriculum

We offer many ways for your children to grow. Reading and Math Readiness curriculums are a part of our focus. We also encourage our students to be engaged in a variety of activities to foster their spiritual, social, emotional, and physical development. Children participate in academic activities, music, art, free play, and center activities. Isn't school fun?  

Chapel Time

Students in our three and four year old programs attend Chapel every Wednesday. Chapel meets in our church Sanctuary each Wednesday at 9:30 am.  There the children are taught about God’s love and care for them, Bible stories, and Christian songs. 

Parents are always welcome to visit and join us.

Music Time

Music is a special gift, one that we feel should be shared with children. Three times a year the students in our three and four year old classes sing in church for Sunday services. They also participate in our annual Children’s Christmas Eve Worship Service at 6:30 pm. Please come and see what wonderful, joyful music the children can make!

Our Hours

We provide loving childcare in a safe and nurturing environment Monday through Friday for infants through four year olds from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. Preschool classes for three and four year olds meet Monday through Thursday.

Preschool begins at 8:30 am and ends at 12:30 pm. 

Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK), funded by the State of Florida, meets Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. 

At VPK Wrap parents may pay a fee to have their child attend on Fridays, and for before and after preschool care.
